Do I need a permit to regrade my property?
Small residential regrades usually don't, but larger changes and anything in a floodplain may. We'll flag anything that looks like it needs a permit during the walk-through.
Can grading fix a wet backyard?
Often yes. Many wet yards are just poorly shaped. Reshaping the ground and adding simple drains solves a huge percentage of cases without expensive underground work.
Do you install French drains and culverts?
Yes. Both are common parts of a full drainage plan when surface grading alone isn't enough.
Will grading kill my grass?
Anywhere we grade will need to be reseeded. We plan the work so healthy lawn is preserved wherever possible.
